"De acuerdo al prestigio de este hotel algunos colaboradores no están a la altura. Por ejemplo fuimos al front desk a decirles que no podíamos ver la TV y el nos contestó que la TV ahí estaba que como no la podíamos ver quiero pensar que se quiso pasar de chistoso pero no creo que es el trato que merece un cliente sobre todo si el comentario se lo expresó a mi esposa. Al día siguiente le pedimos a la recamarera que no hiciera el cuarto aún ya que subíamos a desayunar y en seguida teníamos un tour. Nuestra petición fue ignorada y cuando regresamos de desayunar estaban haciendo la limpieza del cuarto."

"Absolutely stunning property. Fair pricing, super fun vibes, delicious food and drink, top-notch gym. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The ONLY drawback I had was the clear shower in the room itself. Normally, traveling with my partner, that would be a non-issue... but traveling with family or friends, it may be uncomfortable for many. Aside from that, again - I would recommend this to anyone and will CERTAINLY be visiting again, and already looking forward to it."

"This hotel is a small treasure in the downtown of Vienna. The convenience of its location, just a few steps away from U2 Station and walking distance a little bit further for U4, is remarkable. The Hotel stuff was excellent and extremely helpful. We had a little bit of a challenge with the A/C , it was too cold during our first night, but they explained to us how to deal with it and then everything was great. The rooms are not too small, considering that you are in an historical location as Vienna as well. I would recommend to get the breakfast, so delicious and the espresso was phenomenal. The walking distance ability to the Public transportation was fantastic. The restaurant “Schöne Perle“,it was recommended to us from the hotel’s stuff, was on 7 min walking distance and the Winer Schnitzel was amazing. The Apple Maps were working great for any of the directions and using the U2 or any of the transportation as well. Everyone at the hotel spoke English so it was so convenient for everything. Thank you for having us. We will be back."

"Excellent location very close to the train station and Interstade. The Prater is within a 30min walk or 2 train stops as well. Excellent buffet breakfast. Large comfortable room and clean. Easy check in and check out. Nice pool and spa area."
