"The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake."

"The listing should say no air conditioning. Also, the kitchen is not well equipped - sparse serving facilities and the fridge is not cold. The facilities otherwise were perfectly good for a family getaway and we really enjoyed it."

Not too far from Arta and some beautiful coves if you are prepared to put the effort in to explore. Great base to explore Mallorca from. House was very clean and spacious. "A great villa in Can Picafort- we stayed with family at the villa and the place was amazingly beautiful. The pictures don’t do the reality justice (the place is even better in person!). The area is not so touristy (more of a quiet and residential location) but it’s still only a few minutes walk from the local beach, a major supermarket and various restaurants. I recommend hiring a car as there’s a lot to see and do but without a car can cost a lot on logistics with taxis etc. A great host...
