"Personnel très sympathique et réactif. Chambre très standard et vieillissante, mais les parties communes sont très bien (self, grand salon, accueil, terrasse). L'établissement dispose de 3 ascenseurs, très appréciable. De nombreux transats en extérieur. Un dîner à thème tous les soirs ainsi que des animations en journée et chaque soir. Chambres non insonorisées qui ne permet pas de se reposer. Établissement bruyant mais c'est légitime vu la capacité d'accueil. Self service avec petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner excellents ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! "

"Very nice and helpful staff and that is quite rare for hotels in Mallorca in my experience. (I have stayed in many hotels all across Mallorca over many years). The location is great, being so close to Cala Santanyi. I encourage the staff to continue to be polite and helpful and to treat customers with respect. This differentiates them from the majority of hotels in Mallorca, many of which have staff that do not actually like tourists or foreigners, and even resent them. The only issue I found was that there is only one elevator to go to the rooms and the elevator is rather small, so you can find yourself waiting a long time for the elevator and then not getting in with others because it would be too many people for the space."

"Rooms are basic but they are all you need considering the surrounding area. The Included buffet breakfast was great value and provided a good range of food, a great option to have a quick and easy breakfast before seeing the island. The dinner at the hotel was more ordinary and the included wines on tap were terrible (sorry to say). Maybe the dinner is more for families, everything else about the hotel was great. Staff were all very welcoming and nice, especially Roman at the front desk. will stay again!"
