"We had an amazing time staying at Matteo’s place; the pictures don’t do the place justice, it has been modernized a lot since the photos so it was a great surprise. We were a big group and loved the pool, the private tennis court (they had Rackets & balls) plus pool equipment. We also organized several transports through Homerti and it all worked perfectly. The owners were super helpful and kind and made our trip extremely pleasant. 100% would recommend and we will be back"

Andres ist ein überaus aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der innerhalb von Minuten auf WhatsApp-Nachrichten reagiert. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. "My family and I spent a few days in Santanyí and we are so thankful we found Ca Ses Mestres. It is right by the beach, the steps down being right next to the house- they even have a gate in the back with private access to the steps. The house itself was lovely, as were the hosts. They were clear about house rules (which were very standard), showed us everything we needed and even checked in throughout to make sure we didn’t need anything. Cannot recommend booking here enough! "

A strong windstorm knocked down an outside hanging lamp, and the very responsive owners had it replaced within a couple of hours of assessing the damage. "Pros: Die Finca ist wunderbar gelegen, ruhig und dennoch sehr gut erreichbar, in nur wenigen Minuten ist man in Santanyí oder Cala Figuera. Der Pool ist der Hit, wirklich ausreichend groß, um Schwimmen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat sehr gut über WhatsApp funktioniert, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, dafür nochmal vielen Dank, Rita. Beispiel: altes durchgesessene Sofas, primitive Möbel und Betten. Ungepflegte Aussenbepflanzung. Außenbeleuchtung funktionierte nur zum Teil. "Overall Rating: 3/5 Mixed Experience – Great Food, but Housekeeping & Maintenance Need Work I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed overall experience. While certain aspects of our stay were wonderful, several operational issues detracted from what could have been a much better vacation. The Pros: Dining & Restaurant: The main restaurant was excellent. The food quality for main meals was top-notch, well-prepared, and delicious. Compliments to the culinary team! Amenities: The general hotel facilities and amenities were great and added a lot of value to our downtime. The Cons: Housekeeping & Pest Issues: On a couple of occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning our room entirely. More concerningly, we experienced an ant infestation in our room, which definitely affected our comfort. Wi-Fi / Internet: The Wi-Fi connection was very unreliable throughout our stay, frequently dropping signal. Snacks & Drinks: While the main restaurant meals were outstanding, the snack bar menu was only average. Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverages was disappointing and fell below expected standards. Verdict: The hotel has strong potential thanks to its fantastic dining and great amenities, but management needs to address housekeeping consistency, pest control, Wi-Fi reliability, and drink quality to deliver a truly high-end experience."
