"The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. "The best resort I have ever stayed at. The private beach, 2 pools, buffet breakfast & dinner as well as 4 al a carte restaurants. The list goes on!! Very close to the bus stop which takes you to Palma, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran & Cala Mondrago! Also has a bus that takes you to the night market on Sunday nights. The hotel staff were all sensational and attended to our needs as required. Food was great, staff were friendly and amenities were amazing. Room was so clean and spacious. I genuinely could not recommend this resort any more!! Definitely worth the money"

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the city center and the marina, where you’ll find many great restaurants and tapas bars. The hotel was very clean, and the nearby beach was absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear turquoise water and soft white sand. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, my experience with the restaurant staff could have been improved. At times, they seemed less approachable and did not always provide clear explanations when we had questions. With a bit more attentiveness and communication, the dining experience could be greatly enhanced. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and beautiful surroundings."

"My husband and I stayed here and chose a room with a beach view - it was absolutely stunning! The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and we really enjoyed the hotel overall. Having direct access to the beach was definitely one of our favorite parts of our stay."

"We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean"

"The hotel was generally ok, the food was good in the restaurant and the pool side. The pool was ok but doesn’t open until 10am which is too late. The air conditioning was non existent unfortunately which is definitely a disappointment in the hot weather. Also no tea / coffee making facilities or fridge in the room."
