"Traumhaftes Haus mit Blick ins Grüne. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und schönes Zimmer ( alles neu renoviert). Für eine große Gruppe sind die 4 Badezimmer sehr gut. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die große Terrasse plus Balkon sind nach einem langen Tag am Strand oder auf der Insel einfach perfekt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand - Top! Im Untergeschoss riecht es etwas stark nach Feuchtigkeit und wenig Durchlüftung ( das war es schon)"

"A modern spacious high standard villa with all the necessities. We stayed 3 weeks, me and my husband and our dogs. Our two boys with girlfriends were visiting us for a long weekend. The house is very comfortable and warm even in Mallorca winter season. Sunny location all day in February . Nice restaurant s and grocery stores in walking distance."

Cons: Nothing we did not enjoy, however it was a bit hard to find the place as when we entered the address from the location on this booking, it took us to another house, however the host was very quick to respond to our messages and we got there eventually. Another thing was that we were not told that we would have to take out...

"We really enjoyed our holidays in this villa. It has everything you need on a holiday (even beach items!). Owners don't speak Spanish/English which you can Get around with translation tools. One improvement to suggest would be the Tv, there is no Spanish tv and very few English ones."

"We spent a week at Peres Finca with friends. It I was a dream and the view from the finca into the landscape is magnificent! The finca was clean, the owner was always available and everything went smoothly. It’s perfect for 10 people! We will definitely be back :)"

"Beautiful spot perfectly located between town centre and marina. The property management company were brilliant and helped with every little question and query we had quickly and effectively. Wifi is a little patchy in places but that was our only (minor) grumble."

Bon rapport qualité-prix

"Personnel très sympathique et réactif. Chambre très standard et vieillissante, mais les parties communes sont très bien (self, grand salon, accueil, terrasse). L'établissement dispose de 3 ascenseurs, très appréciable. De nombreux transats en extérieur. Un dîner à thème tous les soirs ainsi que des animations en journée et chaque soir. Chambres non insonorisées qui ne permet pas de se reposer. Établissement bruyant mais c'est légitime vu la capacité d'accueil. Self service avec petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner excellents ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! "

"Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était irréprochable : la chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, les installations impeccables, et le cadre tout simplement magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, toujours souriant et disponible. Mention spéciale pour Lilia, qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour par sa gentillesse, son attention constante et son professionnalisme. Elle s’est montrée aux petits soins avec nous à chaque instant, ce qui a largement contribué à rendre cette expérience inoubliable. Merci encore à elle ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Bravo à toute l’équipe ! 👏"

"Rooms are basic but they are all you need considering the surrounding area. The Included buffet breakfast was great value and provided a good range of food, a great option to have a quick and easy breakfast before seeing the island. The dinner at the hotel was more ordinary and the included wines on tap were terrible (sorry to say). Maybe the dinner is more for families, everything else about the hotel was great. Staff were all very welcoming and nice, especially Roman at the front desk. will stay again!"
