"Well located property. The rooms are standard but lack hooks and towel racks in the bathroom. The pool area is small but proximity to beach is good. The attached café is not the best"

"We had a good experience. However, there seemed to be some miscommunication between the front desk and room service. It took multiple follow-ups over a couple of days to get a crib delivered, and in several other instances we had to contact staff multiple times to get things taken care of. Also worth mentioning parking is $28 per day and the property is not responsible for the safety of your vehicle or for any damage or theft. "

"Room was decent, but needs an upgrade. Carpet looks stained, if not replaced, cleaned at least. No refrigerator or microwave in the room…apparently not all rooms come with that which is weird. Parking is $40 a day, breakfast at cafe was $15 for continental buffet and the ala carte was ridiculously expensive. Just grabbed Starbucks in lobby with muffin. Very close to trolley station and Fashion Valley mall. "

"This place was amazing! The experience. The amenities. The shower!!! But why 3 stars! It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the ground! The bed was insanely hard! Hello back pain. Geez. Can yall use a topper… anything! Food and drink was a little over priced. But going on a trip for rest, and sleeping on concrete. Geez. The price we paid for a weekend could easily buy 5-6 comfortable king mattresses off Amazon. Outside of that… the trip was great! But 3 stars is what you get for the back pain."
