"Very bad hotel"

"Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Hot water worked best in the morning (but I think that's all of Guatemala) Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The courtyard was great for lounging the afternoon. "

"Our family stay was wonderful at the hotel. Service at hotel was amazing very attentive and helpful. The room was on the smaller size but was very clean and accommodated us with 2 beds for 4 people as other hotels wanted us to get 2 separate rooms. The restaurant for breakfast at hotel was delicious (not the buffet one). Wish the pool was heated for the little ones but my son still got in, we also went in February so it’s a little chillier at nights.my son loved the playground and bubbles they were offering for kids activities. Place was also a 8 minute walk to main park. Would def stay here again."

"This property is beautiful day or night. I had better expectations of it and it fell short because the front desk staff wasn’t very serving or informative. When we got there granted it was two hours before check in they said they would contact me when a room was ready but it would be way before check in time of 3pm. From the two members I interacted with, no one mentioned if the hotel had a restaurant , bar etc no info unless I asked specifically. We walked around and didn’t get a message about the readiness until shortly before 3pm. The hotel also looked empty at the time. There is no gym on site, the bar is small if you call it that, the room gives you a refillable water bottle that you have to ask to be refilled they just won’t let you get two of them and we never made it into the restaurant because well no staff informed us there was one or what they even offered at the hotel. We ended up eating at other convent hotel restaurants nearby. Again, the hotel is pretty , the pool is small but warm and the location is fine. I would stay at a different place if I were to return. "

"The grounds of this hotel’s compound are absolutely phenomenal. The staff is available and ready for everything you might need before you know you need it. I would highly recommend booking a stay for multiple nights to enjoy the spa and the museum in between exploring the city of Antigua. Very pleased!"

"Great value for money given a/ kinda boutique experience of a small hotel, b/ just 10 minutes stroll on paved streets to city Central Park, and c/amazing staff! Kudos to Miguel and Cecilia. I felt I got personalized experience for my 3 day stay from friendly English sparking staff. Free Breakfast was decent and had three options (see menu cards picture). Few quirks of this hotel 1/ after 7 pm the doors are kept closed but is opened promptly when knocked (staff at reception stays overnight) 2/ Hot tub needs reservations as it is expected to be used exclusively for your room occupants 3/ my room had no fridge and microwave but I was able to use their common kitchen appliances to store and heat. Not a hassle for me but something to be aware. "
