"The property has self contained apartments, which was a big plus for us, so we can cook our gluten free food, a walking distance Kaziley shopping area, thé management and thé stuff are very helpful specially Salah the duty manager."

"The check-in was really easy. The person at desk helped get a quick parking and got us situated in our room despite 6 person in our party really quickly as well. Rooms were done nicely and pretty clean. WiFi was fairly decent as well. Overall, our 2 nights were very uneventful. Very satisfied. Will definitely come back to Butik 24."

Beautiful hotel with a great service 😊

"Ive had a very lovely stay...i came back and stayed again for a week! I was made to feel very welcome. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service" It was really nice hearing the piano played in the lobby too ...very relaxing ! Sibel at reception was very helpful always with a beautiful smile 😊 She changed me to a lovley room with a great view and helped with all my bookings. Her front desk management is very good 👌 Ive stayed in a few different rooms ...all were very clean and comfortable. The pillows were really nice and thd beds are very comfortable too! Mihrac from guest relations is excellent at her job ,making guests feel very comfortable and seeing to all there needs. Mihrac upgraded me to a suite with a jacuzzi bath for my last two nights making my stay a very memorable one. I enjoyed a swim in the heated pool and had a few lovely massages. All staff have been great ! Im leaving today feeling well rested and very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel. Many thanks from me... to you all at Içkale hotel 😊 "
