"The balcony facing the sea was the huge bonus for me. That was why I chose Las Gaviotas. As a solo traveler I did not need the large space. The apartment is very large with large balcony also. Perfect for families, or 2 couples as it offers each a bedroom and each their own bath plus kitchen. Location steps to Malecon, restaurants, cafes, grocery. And quiet for sleeping. "Nice hostel with guest parking and dog friendly. I enjoyed the brightly colored cargo container rooms and the murals. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Malecon on 5 de Mayo. Good area. "
