Didn't like the neighbor smoking on the balcony and flicking his cigarette ashes onto mine, as well as him thinking it was ok to disturb guests with his loud conversation at 3:00 a.m., with his friend on the balcony. It's an older hotel and not sound proof so the hotel policy should be updated to support guests with being polite."
