"Very disappointed with this hotel. Its layout is odd and awkward; you have to take one tiny elevator to get you to the lounge level, then another tiny elevator to your actual floor, all while dragging your luggage because there is no Bell Hop. Rooms needed maintenance and updating. Maid service left dirty towels on the floor twice!"

"First major issue. No air conditioning. We opened the windows hoping that would help. Then comes the second problem. Terrible neighbourhood. It’s incredibly noisy (being next to Roma termini) and we couldn’t sleep properly for all the 3 days we stayed there. We could see people fighting and throwing bottles at each other in the nearby street (at mid night as we couldn’t catch any sleep and looking out the window what was going on)"
