"This was a great stay! Most staff were amazing. The only complaint was it was difficult to get food ordered at their garden bar as staff were not out there or would walk by and not check in with the guests sitting there. The one time we did finally request to order the bar manager seemed irritated that we were requesting service. Otherwise the other staff were very friendly and food was just good. The room was small but was clean as was the property."

The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was quite good — close to the train and metro stations, and also within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city"
