"The Palladium Palace Hotel in Rome is a beautiful property with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is convenient, relatively close to Roma Termini train station, which makes arriving and departing very easy. It is also within walking distance of the historic center, although it is a bit farther than some central hotels. Overall, the hotel is elegant and well maintained, and the stay was very pleasant. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not operating because it was considered outside the summer season, which made the room a little warm at times. Aside from that detail, it is a very good option in Rome, especially for travelers who value larger rooms and proximity to the main train station."

"The hotel was in a great location and had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, convenience marts, and pharmacies within seconds/minutes of stepping outside. The cleaning could use some help, the inside of the wardrobe was very dusty and had “mold” like marks over the mirror, I ended up living out of my suitcase as I didn’t feel comfortable putting in my things. The hotel and amenities are a little dated, but it’s not like that can’t be seen in the pictures. I stayed in a single bed room, it was perfect for me as a solo person, but the shower stall is small (like very tight- I’m about average build at 5’3). Also I did not have hot water at all, so that kind of sucked. They lack to mention that their plug ins are the 3-hole ones!! So if you’re bringing an adapter make sure you bring a 3-prong one!! The electricity times out as well, so if you have the light on, phone charging, and the tv on, it’ll cause the electricity to go out and you’re stuck waiting anywhere from 1-2hrs. I know this is common in other countries I’ve been too, but a heads up would have been appreciated…. Breakfast was nothing special (eggs, Canadian bacon, pastries, cheese, meats), it was decent, but I appreciated all the friendly waitstaff. With that said, I did enjoy my stay and always felt safe, and would return here again. 7.5/10"
