"Room was very large, elevator was a unique experience but worked perfectly fine for our needs as we did not have to climb any stairs. Liked to convenience to some eating options as well as small grocery store across the street. The walk to train station was not bad at all. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, would have liked breakfast available on our departure as we had to leave prior to 7 am."

The hotel also offers free walking tours with Virgilio who showed us everything with an walking distance ( which is the entire city) and gave us the history of locations visited in English and Spanish. "Excellent hotel, staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself is fantastic with loads of interesting features. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. A 10 minute walk from the main train station and well placed for all the major tourist attractions. Would definitely go back"
