The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is full size. The front desk was very kind. Ana from Positano (sorry not full correct name) was the nicest person when one of was sick with stomach issues. Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Starting from a warm welcome, explaining benefits that came with our booking, recommending great restaurants in the vicinity, to booking a car in the early morning hours to Rome airport. Room while small was clean and comfy, and the location close to sights like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. is unbeatable! Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Hotel L’Orologio Roma was perfect. This small hotel is centrally located, providing walking access to many of Rome’s treasures. The room and interior spaces appear to be newly redone. The watch/clock motif adds special charm. The staff were uniformly helpful and fluent in English. This hotel has a stunning rooftop cocktail bar/restaurant with views of central Rome. Highly recommended!

I forgot my handbag in our rental car ( along with my passport, wallet, driver's license). The Frontier desk staff ( forgot his name) help my husband call the rental company at the airport. I finally decided to go back to tge airport to see if my purse was turned in. He called a taxi for us, the drive drove us, waited for us to pick up my purse ( yes there are kind people in this world who honestly turned in my puse untouched).
