"The staff was fantastic amd very nice and helpful. I loved the location and the size of the room. My only complaint is rhat the carpet of iur room was really old and had stains. Foe a five star hotel i was surprised that Westin with such a big name in the hotel industry would allow the carpet to be so dated. I hope they fix this ASAP or trhy will definitely lose customers. Otherwise the staff and also the breakfast was really nice. "
