"All messages we received were italian even though we asked for English. Building was very old, elevator was really old (scary for the kid). There are no photos from the building. Room was OK, but in the images they look much better. Looks like an old apartment changed into 3 rooms, so can be noisy."

"The property was very modern, everything very smart and clean. The bathroom was really good, excellent shower. Breakfast was good. The only problem was actually finding the precise location as there is no big sign with the hotel name and it’s actually behind locked gates. It was raining heavily as I was searching for the hotel. I would certainly stay there again."

"The staff and cleanliness of the property were excellent. The staff were helpful and kind. The private patio was a bonus, especially given how small the room was. The mattress was very firm, which I found comfortable. There is no pool at this hotel, only a hot tub. I am not sure if that is Expedia’s error or the hotel’s that the photos are labeled as “pool” on Expedia. The bathrooms are open concept, right off the front door, and the frosted glass sliding doors for the toilet do not close all the way. This was very weird. You can hear clearly through the walls the other guests in their rooms. One night, a neighbour’s phone was vibrating non-stop all the way until morning (going off every few minutes) and we could hear every single vibration."

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was clean modern and comfortable. I travelled with a 9 year old and a senior and it was a nice big room with 1 larger bed and a twin. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was yummy with a bigger selection than I anticipated. Waiters were very friendly and accommodating. I recommend asking them for a cappuccino, they make it better. We had a dairy allergy to contend with and they had a variety of milks available upon request which was helpful. You will need to taxi to most bigger attractions. Hotel can help you with that. Close by was San Giovanni Basilica which was beautiful. To the left and down the street beside the hotel was a bunch of restaurants which I didn't get to try all of. They are good. Friendly. Tasty. And soooo convenient. A short walk away is a Latin market (I think) yummy cheap sandwiches. I would definitely stay here again. If you want a modern feeling hotel room that's clean this is a good choice. If you are travelling with 3 people total the room is spacious."
