"We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and the Cross Hotel was the perfect place for us. The staff was super helpful with suggestions about getting around Rome, things to see and accessing the hotel amenities, when needed. Proximity to the Manzoni metro was the best way to get around Rome. The room was modern and clean (with its own bathroom, of course). The breakfast offered a good selection of pastry, protein, fruit, etc. A special shout out to Alessandro, Roberto, Augustina (I think that was her name, I'm sorry if I got it wrong), as well as the gentlemen (no name tag that I can remember) who was very helpful with us and we saw help a couple even as he was going off duty. Excellent staff!"

"Our stay was great! Very friendly staff. Our room was updated and very clean. Breakfast was good too. Boiled eggs, ham cheese, bread rolls , toast, cereal, several pastries to choose from. Automatic coffee machine with choice of drinks ( my favorite) , orange and pineapple juice.The location is perfect . Just a short walk from Termini train station. There can be a bit noise from the street, but that’s to be expected in the city. "
