"We had a great stay at this hotel, especially in terms of location. It was very convenient and walkable to many areas, and we always felt safe during our stay. Even though a family member living in Rome had mentioned that the area might not be the safest, our personal experience was completely the opposite, we felt comfortable and secure at all times. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit, which really made a difference. The rooms were fairly average, nothing fancy, but they were clean and the beds were comfortable, which is really what mattered for us since we were mostly out exploring. Breakfast each morning was good and very convenient to have available before starting the day. Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay with great staff and a very convenient location for getting around"

"The room was great, the staff were all very nice and really helpful. Nice choice of breakfasts only issue was the cooked breakfasts were cold. Would prefer a little more choice of non pasta dishes in the restaurant and use of the spa could be free for guests and pay for treatments, apart from that really enjoyed perfect location "

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Roma Termini and that was about all the positive things I see. The rate was expensive. The room was antiquated. Carpet looked tired. The room was small and had musty smell. The tub looks brown and old. I’ve been to other BW Plus that were more superior, cleaner than this BW Premium and they had also offered free breakfast. Here, you also pay 19 euro/person for breakfast. We just stayed one night before next morning flight at FCO."

"If you order a deluxe room, you are sent to another building that is not connected to a hotel. The deluxe rooms are in some office building/apartments where a floor has been turned to hotel units. If you need anything after a certain time, you have to get support from a sister hotel nearby. Hotel breakfast was good and service was good at the hotel breakfast. Julio made our mornings great. The staff at the sister hotel was also nice."
