The property gave us the true flavor of Marrakech but in a safe and extremely welcoming environment. Want to give a big shout out to Ghizlane who was so responsive and considerate, marwanne who trated us like family and Adil the Driver who was outstanding. great place that i will go back to if I am in the area. We arrived at this property exhausted as we flew over night from Canada. We were greeted warmly with tea, dates and cookies. The amenities were all well described to us and we were acknowledged by all the staff. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with homemade shampoo, conditioners and body wash. We had fresh fruit in our room as well. The food in the restaurant was amazing so fresh, beautifully prepared and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed dinner music, tea, and a serene environment. Every need was attended to quickly and often before we knew we needed it. We had special service from Jalil who served most of our meals and made us beautiful tea and served it perfectly. Yousef jumped quite literally for anything we needed. It was the best experience in a hotel I have had. I would recommend to anyone visiting the incredible city of Marrakech to stay here and embrace the wonderful people. Thank you for making this experience so special.

Very nice stay, the food is fantastic as well as the grounds. Our swim up room was great in the heat. Location very convenient to all sites. Unfortunately there is a sky bar attached to the hotel that can be loud at night until midnight. Light sleepers beware.

Everything was excellent but I was not aware of any specific preferential treatment or having vip privileges
