Villa Quieta in Essaouira was definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed. When you enter you are greeted with Moroccan beauty from all angles. The staff was also top notch, going above and beyond for our satisfaction. We didn't even arrive there until about 4 am, and there was someone up waiting for us so that we could get right in and get to bed upon arrival. Breakfast is delicious and served in their gorgeous dining area. The grounds are lovely with a beautiful in-ground pool...

It was a nice older property. We believed it was air conditioned but our rooms turned out not to be upon arrival. The in-room safe did not work. The weather was such that we could leave the windows open while we slept. Overall it seemed like a good value for the price. Nice people.

My wife and I had a very relaxed and pleasurable stay at Riad Watier. The staff (Fatiha, Hayat, and Nusha) were extraordinarily helpful and attended to our every wish. The Riad is quiet, which was very nourishing to our souls. Also, Essaouira is less touristy than other Moroccan destinations, which makes making a choice for a relaxed vacation ideal. I would highly recommend Riad Watier!
