"A great apartment. It's very big and spacious and everything is new and it's been decorated to a high standard. It's great having two large double rooms and the bathroom is ideal. Large living area and very well equipped kitchen. Very clear check in instructions are given. There is an extra cleaning fee of €60 if you don't want to strip the beds, mop floors and take out the rubbish yourselves. "The owner was not helpful at all, every time we asked her anything she said read the message. When we wanted to check in, we needed a code couldn't find it so we called what happened she said read the message this went on for like 2 hours until she finally gave us the code via phone.The code was never in the message but she kept arguing it was and after i filtered my messages for the code it was not there.Also a problem is the message was in frech? Like give me an english one? And the damn...

"Everything is perfectly organized check in worked like a charm. The apartment is cozy, beds are good and it was very clean and tidy. Parking in the garage with a lift to the apartment is also perfect. 10 min to RER Station with the car and 30 min to the center of Paris. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed the experience in the apartment. Very calm and comfortable space. Great location for traveling into Paris and nearby attractions. Host very accommodating, and lovely people. I would definitely recommend for family stay. Juvisy station is 15 mins walk. I look forward to visiting again. Thanks so mich"

"Je me suis rendue à l'heure exacte au l'adresse de l'hébergement. L'hote n'était pas là, elle n'a pas répondu au telephone. Après 30mn d'attente devant la porte, j'ai reçu une notification d'annulement de la part d'Abritel. J'ai du rechercher un hotel pour deux nuis et 4 personnes en banlieue parisienne dans un moment ou tous affichaient complet. C'est inadmissible, et je demande que cet hote soit exclu du site Abritel "

"I did not like the breakfast choices. Everyday same items & staff wasn’t attentive most days. No fresh fruit, no eggs, no hot cereal…I would’ve enjoyed more choices. There was only 1 staff member (short hair, piercing) that was friendly and attentive. All others seemed bothered to be at work!"
