"Incroyable sens du service ! À recommander les yeux fermés Habitués de cet hôtel, nous y avons séjourné à notre arrivée et à notre retour en France. Le personnel est fantastique : accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant. Le grand plus : ma fille a oublié ses deux peluches au premier séjour. L'équipe les a retrouvées et nous les a apportées en chambre à notre retour, accompagnées d'un adorable petit cahier racontant les péripéties des peluches à l'hôtel pendant notre absence ! Une idée formidable qui a grandement surpris et touché toute la famille. Merci encore pour ce service client hors pair !"
