Marys Lake Condo Cozy and Private; Pets are Welcome

  Estes Park Registration # 3439 2 bedrooms 1 bath near Mary's Lake with spectacular views all around! This very cozy duplex property has everything to offer. The kitchen has plenty of dishes for you and your whole family! The kitchen also has updated appliances! During the summer months the patio would be the perfect place to hang out and have a cookout while being able to enjoy the summer breeze! There is also a stackable washer and dryer available for you to use during your visit. Both bedrooms have a comfortable queen size mattress. The location is by far too perfect! It is only a 5 minute drive to Downtown Estes Park but far enough to not encounter very much traffic! Mary's Lake is up the road only 1 mile which could be a perfect place to have a relaxing picnic!   

We do offer in the off season monthly stays! Please reach out with any questions!

Amazing views and privacy

Clean, nice location and had everything we needed. No AC so just be aware if that but we had zero issues. Definitely recommend

Rocky Mountain stay

Adjoining house was empty as far as we could tell so everything was quiet. Very clean and beds are comfortable. There is all you need for dishes and cookware. Have coffee and tea but no creamer or sugar. No cooking ingredients. Could not get tv to work in evenings. Would turn on but no channels available. Could not get the heater to turn off so we just opened the windows. Pleasant stay. Very close to town and the Rocky Mountain entrance.

A Great Mountain Getaway

Beautiful mountain views and easy access to downtown Estes Park, with lots of wildlife viewing as a bonus. We loved this pet-friendly cabin, which was extremely clean and had everything we needed.

Great View

Two big windows provide a nice view as the sun comes up and lights up the mountains to the north of Estes. Watched deer bed down in the yard and a group of bobcats walk up the driveway while having coffee.

View and location beyond compare

Loved this rental and hated to leave. Besides the gorgeous views, the location outside the hustle and bustle of downtown was perfect for us and yet it's less than 1-2 miles into town for coffee, deli, groceries, restaurants and most importantly, RMNP. We had zero issues with traffic. The place itself was a great space to hang out in at the end of the day after exploring the park or town - clean, quiet, comfy beds, all the amenities we needed and more. Elk and deer passing by in the yard several times during our stay. Owners friendly and helpful. We loved waking up in the morning, opening those blinds and looking out on that view. Neighbors were friendly too when we walked our dog. We had a wonderful stay here and I wouldn't even look for another place to stay if we ever get to return. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Estes Park Trip

The rental was great. Immaculately clean and nice decor. The beds were super comfortable and bedding was also nice. Plenty of room for just the 4 of us. Easy to find also and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Loved it!!!

Mountain home

Lovely home with amazing views. Not too far from Estes Park for shopping and dining. The listing says it sleeps 6, but that includes the living room and an air-bed.

Clean, cozy, beautiful views.

We all loved the place. Clean, lots of dishes so we did not have to worry about that. The was great, open space around the house for our dog to explore. Will definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful location

The apartment was wonderful. The view out the front windows is spectacular. The first morning we drove out (very early!) we encountered a family of elk at the bottom of the laneway. It was so nice and quiet, but not a far drive to Estes Park or Rocky Mtn National Park.

Estes Park visit

Nice place close to town and easy access to RMNP. Worked very well for us with other family members staying at YMCA of the Rockies reunion lodge. Clean, quiet, well appointed and nice view of the mountains. Highly recommend!

Perfect apartment

My family of 5 was perfectly comfortable here. It was very clean and close to everything you will want to do in Estes Park. The pictures of the property are accurate. However, the property appeared to be a stand alone cabin. It is actually an apartment above a garage of a larger home. I would stay here again.

Quick trip to estes

Very close proximity to the town and park but far enough off where you could enjoy the scenery and quiet. Had everything we needed for a family of 4. Clean, quiet, appreciated having the washer & dryer.

Enjoyable!

We enjoyed the location, convenience of the kitchen and layout of the property. However, the sink was clogged with hair from previous guests, the outdoor stairs were not shoveled, and the inside baseboards had not been cleaned in a while. My husband did a great job shoveling with a 2x6 board he found on the property and he unplugged the sink as well. The beds were comfortable and we loved the fabulous view. It was also great to be able to have our Bassett Hound with us!

Top Notch Views and Hospitality

Jill was quick to to respond to any question. Upon arrival, the view was breath-taking and the check-in process was easy. I was thoroughly impressed with the amenities that included snacks, laundry facilities and necessities, bathroom necessities, towels, linens, and fully stocked kitchen. The beds are all extremely comfortable, including the pull-out mattress with a memory foam mattress. The location was perfect for getting around Estes.
