"Staff overnight is awesome and friendly and helpful and super professional (African American with dreadlocks). The room accommodations are poor. There are very noisy trains which pass through all hours of the night which interrupt sleep significantly. The beds are quite uncomfortable. The parking is outrageous ($20 a night). I would not stay there again due to the trains and uncomfortable beds."

"Perfectly located near downtown with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The water pressure was amazing and the beds were comfy. We had a small surprise issue due to inclement weather upon check in that was very quickly resolved by the host. The decor was lovely and cozy. My kiddos, 5 & 8, loved the little yard and the playground less than a block away. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."
