"I reserved my room weeks in advance for my daughter's college graduation at NC State and when I arrived, I was told they had overbooked and I did not get my double queen that I requested. I was told that I would receive a fold away bed, but I never received it. I was given credit to use at the beverage center near the desk. I, also, had an issue with the toilet that was never addressed. I just think that for the amount of money my family spent for one evening, things could have been a little more accommodating."

I was particularly impressed by the beautiful and artistic decor; the local art pieces and the stunning Urban Oak rooftop bar really give the space a sophisticated, boutique feel without being stuffy. Most importantly, the cleanliness was top-notch. Everything from the "Get-Ready Zones" in the rooms to the communal lobby spaces felt spotless and well-maintained.
