"Idyllic rural location 15 mins drive from Loule. Excellent spot for a Peaceful retreat from the modern world but within 15-30 minute drive of shops, towns, beaches, airport etc and with all important wifi. Check in was simple with detailed information on all aspects of the procedure and the villa supplied in good time by Nicholas. The house was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities required for a great stay. The pool was amazing but durable our stay it was just a bit too cold despite the temperatures being around 25C during the day. There are no restaurants or bars within reasonable walking distance. Beware that the track from the main road to the villa is unpaved and rugged. Careful with the hire car as you usually aren't covered for damage caused off road. It's perfectly safe but drive with care. Grounds and countryside are stunning. We would definitely consider going back for a longer stay."

"Stunning villa set amongst beautiful traditional Portuguese countryside, high enough to have an amazing view out to the sea in the distance. Instructions were clear and helpful before arrival and the villa is well catered for every need. Extremely comfortable for a large family. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge / study area is great to chill in the evenings. We enjoyed eating outside on the veranda and the kids loved the take tennis! The pool is beautiful, well kept and has sun loungers and seats for everyone in our party, with the added benefit of an additional kitchen and toilet nearby, to save going back up the villa. The grounds and gardens are very pretty, adding to the beauty of the villa and making it a little sanctuary in the quiet hillside.Easy 20 minute drive from Faro Airport and close by to Loule, Villamora, Sao Bras and Albufeira - whether you’re looking for coastline and inland adventures. Highly recommend - excellent! "

"Hotel was imaculate and had all the amminities - water, kettle, various teas, fridge, air on . There were are automatic blackout blinds, heater tiles and decent breakfast (continental) . You will need either an uber or car to get to and from the town centres. But its like under £10 euros for a uber so hardly expensive esp compared to London. Local to the area was the roman ruins and the Palace grounds (I believe the actual Palace has been converted to a hotel). I find you can cover the town sqaure in half a day. It is a super quite neighbourhood. "
