"Very good "

"This is literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Europe. It was very clean, and the front desk staff were superb! I was there for several days, and everyone had very professional and friendly customer service. There were also nice little things I didn’t expect, such as free glass bottles of water at the front desk every time I entered the hotel. They even had stamps for me to purchase for sending a postcard, and they put it in their morning mail for me. I decided not to include the breakfast because it was kind of spendy, but I decided to go one morning when it was convenient, and I really was blown away with the quality and variety of food and beverages available. They had everything! Even the scrambled eggs were fresh and delicious – not rubbery. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and I can’t think of a single thing at this hotel that I would change. Plus, the location made it so easy to walk into the beautiful old town with tons of amazing restaurants (recommend Spot!). Save yourself some time and just book this hotel. You won’t regret it!"

"Highly recommend. I believe this is a new hotel, and it is conveniently located in the Old Town, making it very easy to explore the area. I walked everywhere. There are restaurants, bars, and shops right on the doorstep. The hotel is immaculate — exceptionally clean throughout. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I genuinely couldn’t fault anything. The staff were wonderful: incredibly friendly, helpful, and always warm in their greetings, which made the stay feel very welcoming."

"I had two problems with the hotel, but only one is easily solved. There was no chair in the room, just an upholstered cube. After being on my laptop for about 20 to 30 minutes my back was really painful. I asked for a chair with a back and they brought one up from the dining room. That worked like a charm and even after an hour and a half my back didn't hurt. The other problem will require some construction on the hotel's part. I am a solo senior traveler and going up the steps one at a time with two bags, o e fairly large and more bulky than heavy was not fun. There are NO ramps up to the front entrance level. If this hotel was in the States, the state, feds, and ambulance chair lawyers would be all over them. That is the only keeping me from giving them a solid 5."

"The best part of the property are the staff. It’s always scary visiting a new place and having a nice welcoming staff makes an entire country feel different. The hotel itself was everything I needed, it was clean, right near old city center, near transit, and accessible to everything. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "
