Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

Villa was exceptionally clean with beach towels, and bath towels, all good quality 👌 description of villa was accurate as seen in photo's. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Michaela sehr genossen. Es war für 4 Personen sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch was Geschirr und Küchenutensilien angeht. Der Hauswart Ralf war auch immer sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen oder wenn mal irgendwas fehlte oder nicht so funktionierte. Den einen Stern weniger in der Gesamtwertung haben wir abgezogen, weil die Lage zwar bezüglich Strandnähe super war, allerdings uns als Hundebesitzer doch etwas mehr Grün in der Umgebung gefreut hätte, auch...

"La casa nueva y en buen estado, además de limpia. Pero, se nos cobró un precio por una casa con piscina y eso era falso. ya que no estaba en funcionamiento la piscina. Hbalé con dueño y se nego a devolver algo de dinero.-"

"We had an amazing time in Villa Martin this summer, the villa was perfect, the location is exactly what we were looking for, the pool is lovely and just a few minutes walk. The check in/check out was so easy, the key holder was extremely flexible which accommodated our late arrival and early departure. The oven, hob and cooking equipment were so good, we love cooking when we're away and we had everything we needed. The property managers were very friendly and efficient, there when you needed them. Overall a superb holiday."
