"Run down, not clean, AC not working well 65 degrees and room was warm, outlet not working for coffee but the one in the bathroom did, Was told upon check in that no room service would be available the next day (2 night stay) but if I needed something to let them know, was told if they knew I had asthma (complained about breathing difficulty in the first room they gave me) they would have given the room a really good cleaning, had difficulty opening the shower and front desk advised that I pull really hard (never in 30 years have I had an issue turning on a shower), peeling wallpaper. I walked out after one night (the next morning) and paid $50 for breakfast at another hotel instead of making use of the free breakfast. I had enough."

"Breakfast had great variety, all fresh and delicious looking. Staff was friendly. Rooms very nice, very clean, and the beds are outstanding! Nice to have the restaurant and bar next door, and the airport shuttle was on time, and convenient. I’d stay there again!"
