The hotel was excellent we drove from Virginia, and it was better than the pictures and the reviews. The parking was tight hard to find a spot. when we arrived on 7/26/2025 late that night, we were greeted by a gentleman with an awesome Kangol cap. He was extremely warm, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable of the facility. I like the fact he took time to ensure our comfort after a 13 hour drive. Unique was the front desk staff. I don't know how management selected them but they are next level. Great personalities, extremely helpful, professional. Above and beyond. The hotel/ room clean, restaurant staff excellent, food 60% ok. The washer was broken. It is old. A samsung setup would be excellent. Just charge 5 bucks a wash and 5 bucks a dry for the roi. Restaurant was always cold. Took my food upstairs. Overall A
