"Overall, we had a good stay. Hot tub was too crowded to enjoy and the wait time for the elevators is atrocious; but otherwise positive experience. I recommend using the indigo parking down the street instead of hotel parking. It’s a fraction of the price if you book using the app. The longer you stay, the less expensive it is."

"Hi the staff was friendly and the food at the resturant was was very good and reasonable prices. The wait staff seemed understaffed however. The front desk was well staffed and very efficient. Cleaning staff friendly and did a great job. Parking was good. Pools beautiful. Room could have used a better mattress and microwave. There was no room service either. I would definitely stay again but bring coffee kettle and my own supplies."

"The hotel was very clean. The beds were immaculate. Housekeeping were by every day to change towels, wipe everything down & refresh the bed. Perfect neighborhood to walk and close to the subway for major attractions. 10/10 would stay again!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The property was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the best perks was that airport transportation was included, which made arriving and departing completely stress-free. Breakfast was also included each morning and offered a great selection to start the day. I also appreciated the complimentary snack package, which included two free drinks and a snack—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. The included amenities, excellent transportation service, and comfortable accommodations made this a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future."
