"Please don’t book this hotel. Rooms look nothing like what was advertised, we had to ask to switch rooms when we got there because the one we stayed in was in terrible condition and gross. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear every plane and car outside. Air is dry, we woke up with sore throats. When checking out, we asked why we were put into rooms with such terrible conditions and they explained they’re planning for renovations. They explained one tower is renovated while the one we stayed in was not. I asked why we payed $300/night for a hotel room not as advertised and why we wouldn’t have been placed in one of the renovated rooms. The front desk had no answer and apologized with no compensation provided. We didn’t bother eating at the restaurant after reading other reviews online about it being low quality. We definitely feel scammed after this experience, not a great look for Hilton. "

"Breakfast was very good. Thank you. However, I wish they would use (washable) dishes and cutlery instead of paper and plastic utensils. Very disturbing to see huge garbage receptacles full of plastic and cardboard which will end up as landfill. I stayed at The Comfort Inn in Sturgeon Falls last fall and they had already ditched the paper and plastic. Thank you. Jon Dundon "
