"The room had hair on the floor and a musty smell. Air conditioner and heater worked very good. Th we r were not enough towels "

"The room was most definitely neglected. It was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like an ashtray. There were roaches every where. The ceilings were cracked and you could see outside. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall with no batteries and had exposed wires. I was beside myself. I ended up leaving as quick as I got there. "
