I will most definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises and I am in Cleveland. I wanted to just stay in that comfy bed all day! The staff was super sweet and helpful as well. The one issue that I experienced was that the night front desk worker was not particularly nice when I alerted him that i was missing a cover for m bed. Overall, great hotel. "
