"Perfect little property for a stay in Eugene!"

"Check-in was required early. Not realizing that. We got to the apartment late. It was difficult to connect to rental service given I had no internet access. Once contact was made the person on the other end did a great job. Window unit air conditioner not properly sealed in window. Mosquitos come in . 1 window does indeed look into trees. Nice appliances. Shower old, and hole in wall along floorboard not repaired. No work space as advertised unless you call kitchen table dedicated. No dresser....

"The property is in easy walking distance to the University of Oregon (specifically Hayward Field) which was the purpose of my visit. The codes and other procedures are straightforward- definitely no issues with security. There are shops nearby, and the accommodation is close to “town” and the river."
