This is a beautiful upscale boutique hotel. Right in downtown Grapevine within walking distance of ships, wineries and restaurants. The restaurants in this hotel were awesome. We will return here for an couples weekend.

I travel all over the U.S. and always stay in a 4-5 star hotel and this was one of my top three. PS: some hotels you have to wait on an elevator, here every time we needed to take it, I would press the button and ding it was there.

It was a great stay. The entire place looked excellent, smelled great and the staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. They had a nice sitting area with a grill, by the pool, with cornhole set up. The yard was kept nice and it was very inviting. The only complaint was the fold out couch, into a bed, was not comfortable. We'll definitely stay again.

Very cute and comfortable one queen bed and sofa bed studio for me and my two young adult kids. Modern furniture/decor and kitchenette. Clean and bright tub shower with a nice even water pressure. A variety of breakfast options: two types of very good scones, yogurt to serve on your bowl with fresh fruit toppings, waffles, hot oatmeal with toppings, etc. That Saturday morning they had sweet potato hush browns, cheese omelettes, and sausage links. Overall, I had a good experience with this hotel. I usually have other hotel choices in the area, but this hotel was available the days that I needed it. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and comfort of this hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were pristine clean. The only issue I had were the beds. I have a back problem and while the mattress top was really really soft, the actual mattress wasn't firm, so I woke up with a back ache every day. But again, this is a personal issue, I...

This hotel is my #1 choice when visiting the Dallas area. It is conveniently located near 35 into downtown or 121 to head east or west. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are extremely clean! Would recommend this hotel for the overal quality of the hotel and staff for a great price!

It was a very nice hotel. Wish it had a mini fridge in room.

Our room was very spacious( it even had 2 closets)! We weren't expecting the big beautiful bathtub. Our bed was really comfortable, too. Love the Keurig ☺️

The stuff was great. Management was awesome my dog got out of the room and they put her back in.
