"Very nice and clean "

"The hotel itself was nice. The area surrounding it left you feeling a bit uneasy. There are two buildings next to the hotel, where you drive next to to enter the property, that are abandoned and have graffiti on them. Although, there did seem to be some work possibly being done on them. The room was basic, but nice. Our toilet handle did come off but maintenance showed up and fixed it. The breakfast, while a nice thought, was the same everyday we were there for a week. No changes whatsoever. The staff were nice but front desk was not always available, not sure why. While nothing was seriously wrong with our stay, I'm not sure it would be my first choice for another visit. "

"Like staying in a piece of art, but with helpful, friendly, and informative staff. Only drawback, no free breakfast, but regardless of that would certainly stay here for every Dallas trip. The wife wants to stay just to stay and enjoy the pool!"

"I was surprised at how comfortable the pillows and beds were. Most of the time whenever I go to any hotel I can’t sleep because the bed and pillows are trash, NOT HERE! I slept like a baby and that rarely happens. The staff was amazing, helpful and flexible. "

"The staff and vibe are perfect for a Texan staycation! Rooms are spacious and clean and the balcony view facing inward is worth the upgrade!"

"Staff was very nice, room was clean and nice. The only issue is parking if you have a full size truck it will not fit in parking garage and you have to park in public parking 2 blocks away"
