The house has been (mostly) remodeled with a gourmet kitchen and in addition to central air, also included individual portable air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms which was wonderful. The back view opening up to the marsh was delightful. It was a great place to come back to after a stressful day out to just chill out and enjoy. "
