"We had a great stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The deluxe family twin room was spacious enough for three of us & our luggage, & we loved the view overlooking the pool. The natural lighting in the morning was amazing, perfect for doing makeup. We’ve also stayed here before in a junior suite & really enjoyed how roomy it was, especially with the separate living area. The location is super central, making it easy to get around. My only complaint is the bathroom lighting, it’s quite dim & as someone who does makeup, it wasn’t ideal. Brighter lighting there would make the stay even better."

"Clean room, staff is friendly, next to the beach- walkable in a min, location is great for bus stop, cafes, restaurants. However, the place looked like a casino, black hallways, carpeted so bit stuffy. Otherwise, it’s budget friendly hotel. "

"This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly helpful, courteous and welcoming. The food was great, although more vegetarian options need to be included in the menu and the breakfast buffet. The hotel was clean, had great views and the rooms were spacious and comfertable"

"Smallest room I ever stayed in. When I asked if there was a larger room that we could upgrade to and pay for, since we were booked for 3 nights, I was told that all rooms in the hotel were the same size, even though a sign listed larger rooms at higher rates. Breakfast was mediocre. My wife and I needed extra pillows, and practically had to scream before we could get them by our 2nd night."
