" Very nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights after our cruise. Great location within walking distance of restraints, Recoleta Cemetery and Hop on Hop off bus. Very accommodating staff - gave us early check in and late check out. Excellent breakfast served until 11am. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay her again "

"The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."

"Property is quite isolated from restaurants, etc. Carpet in the rooms were somewhat worn Concierge staff was not very helpful and did not speak English The staff in the club lounge were great. And great food there. "

"Room was nice size, very clean and exactly what we wanted. The staff were very kind and helpful. This was our first time at a boutique hotel and we were not disappointed. The Recoleta area was very safe and easy to get around."

"Great location and balcony views of the cemetery were very cool. Breakfast was very nice and included and the breakfast staff were sooo great. Definitely recommend it. "

"El personal muy amable, la habitación muy chica, nada que ver a como lo muestran en las fotos, no tenía balcón , olía a limpio, toallas y sábanas se veían limpias pero el colchón estaba asquerosamente manchado y era bastante incómodo, en el medio se hacía una separación que quedaba como dos colchones de camas chicas. El marco de la puerta del baño estaba todo oxidado y la puerta del baño no cerraba. La ubicación estaba bien , con restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor."
