"Room wasn’t cleaned properly.. hairs everywhere, staff unreal .. front desk staff had no idea of what to do around the area.. first time I heard check out at 10am.. never anywhere in the world I stayed a check out was so early in the morning.. I paid ahead for 48 hr parking but less than 24hrs didn’t need it anymore and when I asked for a refund for the other 24 hrs it was a very bla rant NO! You paid already no refunds!!when I asked for an extra 1 or 2 hrs courtesy extension I got same answer!! The opposite than when I stayed in January .. I guess my last time staying at the property…"

I traveled with my mother, and our stay couldn’t have been more pleasant. The staff truly made the difference everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. Javier at the front desk was outstanding: professional, knowledgeable, and always ready with great recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots, and anything else we needed. Inés was exceptionally warm and professional with my mother, which we truly appreciated. Ariel also did a great job and contributed to the overall positive experience. This boutique hotel is definitely toptier in Palermo Soho. Highly recommended! incredible safe for tourist . Breakfast was also good overall and a nice way to start the day."
