Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "We had a great short stay at Kaya Belek hotel. The rooms are spacious, the food was great and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment as it looks very tired but it didn’t spoil our time. My only slight disappointment was that the gym didn’t open until 8:30am."
