We also didn't get a room key because the lock was broken. Overall it was okay, nothing crazy to complain about. Really it's best if you just need somewhere to stay the night like we did, but it definitely could be better for the price."

"We had one of the corner rooms with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. I have previously stayed in a smaller room with CitizenM in Seattle and the size difference was wild. Very spacious room with a nice divider between the bathroom area and sleeping area. We enjoyed all the windows, the media settings, outlets, and most importantly, access to the bar downstairs during our stay. The lobby was also a beautiful space which was one floor up from ground level, which made it feel a bit more safe in the area."
