Plentiful check in instructions, and perhas all in one document/message would be easier. Nice to have some tea & coffee (no milk) available, thanks. Clean flat, a little more furniture in some bedrooms would help (eg. bedside table, hanging space or hooks, waste bins). Thamires, you may already be aware of the dripping shower in the ensuite bathroom. "

"the garden was lovely. real bonus as the weather was excellent. we didn't use the pools or spa but might another time! the staff were very friendly and most helpful. the building was interesting and characterful might well return there. "
