"I'm not sure why no one is talking about this. The place you're saying at is not the showboat. Cozy suites is a management company that manages cozy suits which is a cheap airbnb. Thr pictures do not reflect what the room look like. Also cozy suites has no connection to the staff at the showboat. When you get there i find out i have to go through a background check before i can get into my room. I find this out at the front desk. I also find out the front desk can't help me cause they don't work for cozy suite they work for showboat. You have to call a phone number to get in contact with someone's. Once you do it took about 45 mins for them to run my background and my guests. Obviously I'm furious. Then i finally get into my room. There is no phone in the room and no room services. You guest it. The showboat staff doesn't serve you because you are a guests for cizy suites airbnb. So i have to go down 20 floor to get more towels and rags. People are outside smoking weed in front of the entrance. And its kids running everywhere. People walking around with bonnets on their heads. I was so angry i couldnt leave cause they would not give a refund. Lets just say i won't be returning to this establishment and now i have to call all the casinos just to make sure i never go through that ghetto mess again. Why there are no reviews about the check in process is insane."

"Not water sucks drafts on the first floor all over ,showers in need of repair,Doors Patio and front drafty.Closet Doors off track Needs new pots,Kitchen window drafty,,Owner would not respound to my texts .Unable to speak to owner directly I would not stay there again ZERO STARS ZERO..If i could get half of my money back .That would be special ZERO STARS ZERO "
