"The front desk staff were nice, casino was fun, but the escalator you need to get to the parking garage wasn’t working….with luggage, that was a pain. Great location, Steel Pier is right across the boardwalk. This is definitely one of the nicer properties in Atlantic City."

"Management was very rude and disrespectful to me.. there was no ironbors to press my clothes no phone in the room to call down to the front dess.. sand from the beach inside the fold out bed.. was the worst experience ever..and I would never recommend that hotel to anyone.. plus I'm still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded"

"The location and cleanliness of the apartment is excellent. The furniture is comfortable and well cared for. The kitchen has all of the basics to cook meals for a short stay. There is no kettle however if you are a tea drinker like me. My boys really liked the shuffleboard table and we played several times. The property could use some TLC like a fresh coat of paint but again, it is clean. We did have a few small issues while there that included some wifi issues and there is minor water damage in the ceiling of the king bedroom. However, the owners were extremely responsive when we contacted them with our concerns, especially given that it was a holiday weekend. We would definitely stay again."

"Wish I could give those host 0 stars but that’s not an option. Avoid this property and host. Reservation was cancelled within minutes of check-in. There were frozen pipes and safety issues, that the host was aware of for days and failed to properly notify a group of 6 moms and 7 young children. There were carloads full of food, excited children with nowhere to go. The renter offered 2 houses, one of which also had frozen pipes. Ultimately the host squeezed everyone into smaller property, which had safety issues (loose railing, broken door knobs, doors that wouldn't close, grime, inadequate parking and MAJOR heating issues with no fix.) Host's promises regarding refunds on the phone were NOT followed through with in writing. A prior renter's review from 2/2/26 forewarned of frozen pipes and the host said the were trying to remove the that unfaborable review. Beware of this host."
