I like the fact that I was able to check out a kayak at no extra cost and it was available for whenever I needed it. I also really enjoyed the dock with the tanning buds. The food was also amazing."

"Very bad hotel…. Every thing is falling a part…. Terrible maintenance…. Furniture old and obsolete …. I rent the room at Laguna Hotel Bacalar for 5 days…. I did not stayed there…. Only for a few minutes…. I grab my belongings and I left to rent another room some where else near by (Casa Arabe) I don’t understand how the City authorities allowed the hotel to operate under this circumstances…. I paid a lot for this hotel that is not worthed…. I don’t know how Expedia is willing to rent rooms for them….Extremely super UGLY property. Francisco Saldana"
