"Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights and we loved it. We were greet and checked-in by a loving slim young man. Over all Staff was great, always smiling,friendly and respectful. big shout to the housekeepers for the huge work they do on a daily basis at the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again ."

"Great ecological hotel in the middle of the jungle. Access to a very swimmable portion of the Bacalar lagoon. Great food. Great environment with lots of natural habitat. A very exciting experience. A must do in Bacalar for those that enjoy nature, wild monkeys, birds, etc. We will come back for sure!"

"It was comfortable. A little noisy sometimes from the surrounding rooms when moving around furnitures I guess. And the gym may need a little upgrade. The location is in walking distance to everything. Overall, the stay was great. I’d go back. Im from Belizean and travel their often, but I rate this as one of my better stays for sure."

"The place was wonderful. No traditional “check in” process as much as someone meeting us at the front door. She was nice and helpful and got us to our room. Room was fantastic, rooftop pool was fairly dirty but it is the off season. The view from the top was wonderful and it has a comfy, covered hangout space. Everything in the room worked great and was comfortable. The room facing the street was pretty loud late into a Saturday night, but the room on the other side was quiet."
