OCEAN FRONT HOME WITH POOL,DOCK-STEPS TO MORIAH NATIONAL PARK

"Breath taking home & wonderful host! Jack and his team made this trip so easy and fun. Before we even landed on the island Jack provided numerous suggestions for shopping, eating & entertainment! The house itself was so comfortable and the space is amazing literally 10 steps from the ocean with a private bea! My family kayaked to Moriah National Park twice! First time we ended up in a secluded bay surrounded by mangroves with green sea turtles swimming around! Once you get to the lazy river which leads to the national park make sure you walk to the ocean side and you'll be greated with a view that'll leave you speechless (it's worth the effort!) The house is a short drive from Tropic of Cancer Beach which is another must see spot. It's hard to put the beauty of that place into words. One evening we had a private chef cook for us based on Jack's recommendation and the meal was exceptional! I can't stress enough how Jack's team made this trip easy to navigate, he even explained how the check in process and flight home would go. We ended up at the restraunt across the street from the airport and had a great meal before the flight! If you want a great Bahamas experience you have to stay at the Bahama Island House! If your're nervous about traveling to a slightly remote island, dont be. Jack is the type of host that will make sure you are taken care of throughout the trip and wants his guests to have a truly wonderful experience!"

"unbelievable view from inside and out by the infinity pool. the private beach was amazing with a few shark sightings as well as a dolphin and it’s babies. get groceries and drinks delivered and at least one or two nights for the chef to come cook for ease. caution that some places and restaurants are closed on sunday so prepare food for that. we loved just hanging out at the beautiful house and pool and floating in the calm beautiful blue waters. we were able to walk down the beach a ways(bring flip flops for over the rocks) then snorkel a short distance to the lazy river. it was amazing. we didn’t kayak bc we’re afraid the low tide would not allow getting back. we took one boat trip but wish we had taken 2. chat and chill, the pigs , turtles and stingrays were a must. wish we could have made it back to stocking island to go to coconut club and a few others but decided to stay home and just enjoy the beautiful house and beach! my best advice is just to plan for easy food and meals. some beach bars were open on cocoplum beach (great beautiful sand bar far out into the water) but was closed on tropic of cancer beach (snorkeling was pretty good). exumayatch club was also fun!! next time we willdefinitely do another boat trip. judy was so helpful with all of our requests and questions. our car rentals could have been a little nicer but they did the trick. we willdefinitely be back! the house and area was amazing! roads are awful but worth the drive!"
Legacy Beach Suites

"Legacy Beach Suites is new construction with several 2nd floor, 1b/1b units guest-ready. The first floor multi bedroom units are currently being completed. Owners live onsite and are very responsive, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice! The 1b/1b unit onsists of a front main room with living space and kitchen, followed by a bathroom, then the bedroom with spacious closet in the back. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and eating essentials (pots, pans, cups, plates utensils, etc.) as well as a toaster, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave. A Mini-split AC unit keeps the place cool and the bedroom can even get too cold at night if you close the bedroom door... The ocean can be seen from the 2nd level balcony and the water is a short walk over the dunes. We found an assortment of small shells in waves at the beach and caught several palometa and bonefish there as well. I even caught one sunrise over the water the day before we left. Wonderful location: it's under 10 minutes from the airport and (about) centrally located on the island. Great place to stay on Exuma!!!"

"We loved our stay here! Our room was super clean and roomy! The view was beautiful! Front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful as was the entire staff. Boat transfers to the beach club were awesome. The beach club was so much fun. Great location and delicious apps and drinks. Thanks, Andy, for making our day so memorable with our inflatable, food, drinks, kayaking, and island information! You can actually walk or Kayak to Chat N Chill and The Snappy Turtle! There’s also another beach club next door you can check out and we rented a boat from Minns right across the street, which took us to the most beautiful sandbars, turquoise waters, Chat n Chill, and The Coconut Club bar which had great, vacation vibes. There is a quaint little coffee shop right across the street that we visited. Peace and plenty location is amazing because the straw market is right next-door as well as boutique across the street and only a very short walk to the grocery store and liquor store. We went to the fish fry on Friday and tried out a few different spots. We also enjoyed scrumptious food at the hotel restaurant! Loved the steel drum band Friday evening! Great Exumas is gorgeous! Thank you Peace and Plenty for an h forgettable anniversary/birthday celebration!"

"I have just returned from Jack’s Island House with 10 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for us! The large screen porch was wonderful for hanging out on, and for the night we had a chef come in. The plunge pool was an amazing way for us to relax at the end of the day. The house was equipped with everything we needed including kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling equipment. We loved floating to the sandbar, snorkeling under the dock and absorbing all of the beauty. We can’t wait to book our next trip!"
BeauSoleil Beach House, Luxury Private Ocean Front with Infinity Pool/Hot Tub

"Just got back from a great week at Beau Soleil! Such an amazing property. The location is fantastic and the amenities from the pool, beach, and the layout of the house is especially great for a large group. They have really thought of just about everything you need to have an stress-free vacation. The communication with the owners was great and I can't say enough great things about Sam who manages the house. She was so helpful with any questions or needs we had both before our arrival and while we were there. She was especially helpful with getting our boat charter finalized due to communication issues with the charter captain. Everyone one in our party had such a great time this past week! Can't wait to return!"
